Joss Wedon's TV shows have been a mixed bag, in terms of longevity. The Marvel liscense gives this one brand recognition and a better than average chance, I'd say.

Very true! Least this show will be running on ABC instead of Fox, so at least there's a better chance of us seeing more than two seasons of the show.
